Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater New Orleans is growing, and we’re looking for a Mentoring Specialist who believes in the power of relationships to change lives.

​

This is a hands-on, people-centered role for someone who loves working with youth, families, and volunteers. Our Mentoring Specialist helps guide Bigs and Littles from enrollment and matching through ongoing coaching and support—helping create safe, strong, meaningful mentoring relationships that can have an impact for years to come.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, comfortable managing a caseload, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
